Shipping Policy  This shipping policy discloses the shipping practices for http://www.quintessentialyou.com.   Delivery times vary by product. All of our products are individually created at the time your order is placed and are considered made-to-order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for completion and 3-7 days for shipping. Every effort will be made to expedite your order.  You will be notified by email when your order has shipped. We use UPS as our shipping carrier. The shipping charge covers both shipping and insurance cost up to $100.00. Please note that we do not process orders during weekends or major holidays, so plan your order accordingly. Please also note that UPS does not deliver on weekends or major holidays. Shipment Refusal Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with the delivery. Returns & Exchanges on items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged quintEssential You is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation. Note: All packages sent via UPS or FedEx are traceable and automatically insured for $100. Shipments via US Postal Service are not traceable, nor insured, unless those services are specifically requested. We DO NOT accept orders from nor do we ship outside the United States.

Returns and Exchanges Policy This Returns and Exchanges policy statement discloses the returns and exchanges practices for http://www.quintessentialyou.com. ***RETURNS WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED*** Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality service and merchandise. If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 business days of receiving it for an exchange, or full refund. ALL returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number, which we will assign upon approval of your return. Please send an email to support@quintessentialyou.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will receive an email with address to return the product to along with the RA number. quintEssential You reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order that was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have charged your credit card, we will refund the amount charged back to your card. Warranty Should you experience any workmanship problems with your purchase, we will repair or replace the product at our election, given the item is not worn, and is complete in its original packaging. Return Guidelines Jewelry that has been used or worn cannot be returned unless there is damage due to a manufacturer's defect. All items must be returned in new, unused, condition within 10 business days of receiving your order. Enclose a copy of the Order Receipt, circle the item that you’re returning and include your Return Authorization Number. Return items must be sent prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Insurance and tracking is recommended for your return package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit to our return address. No refunds on shipping charges or return shipping charges unless there is damage due to a manufacturer’s defect or we have shipped you the wrong item. Merchandise must be packed in its original or appropriate packaging. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment that was received, or a new product will be shipped to you. We will notify you by email once your return is processed.
